As the Founder of Conquering You, LLC, Coach Ashley has made it her mission to help moms prioritize their mental health while providing the blueprint to healing depression and trauma.

Ashley has helped over 200 mothers evolve into the healed version of themselves in a record-breaking two and a half years! She is an expert trainer with Yale University and has supported them with the expansion and replication of their maternal mental health program across the U.S.
Ashley has co-hosted online mental health segments for mothers, conducted workshops for organizations, and created a podcast called "Ask Coach Ashley". When mothers are stuck from years of trauma and abuse, Ashley helps them become transformed into powerful, high-vibrational women right from their phones.

Ashley Corbett is an innovative strategist that utilizes social work best practices to effectively address the needs of individuals and organizations responding to mental health crises. She specializes in program development as a consultant and the treatment of depression, stress, and trauma as a therapist. Ashley utilizes an eclectic approach to the treatment of clients such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic techniques. She believes that recovery activates the reset of a newly defined reality.
Ashley holds a Master of Social Work Degree from the illustrious Howard University School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Howard University as well.
